This is a work in progress, but here it goes:

I'm an open book...though not really a reader except work related or magazines. I'm up front and honest, though not a huge conversationalist. Served in the USN for 12 years and have been a security manager in the private sector since getting out in '97. Now turning my attentions toward and setting my sites on federal emergency management arena. I want to make a difference. If you are passionate about what you do and can handle someone in this field of work then we may be a good fit. If you're as compassionate as you are passionate give me a shout.

I'm a very sensual, affectionate and passionate man. I enjoy camping, spending time with my two dogs, home improvement, sightseeing, drives in the country, moonlit walks on the beach or in the country, theater, movies, kissing, cuddling and more. NOT into bars, clubs, drugs, or getting drunk all the time. I do on occasion go to a bar for karaoke, but not to get drunk. I prefer slow dancing and wouldn't mind learning ballroom. I don't smoke, nor should you. I don't mind if you go out to clubs or bars once in awhile, but don't look for me to go clubbing with you.

I would rather buy a house that needs work that I, or We, could do than a new one or one that needs no work at all.

I don't define myself by the make of my car or the label in my clothes...if you do, we won't click. I'm not ashamed to shop at Target or Wal-Mart. If I buy name brand clothes they were on clearance, most likely at Kohl's. Am I cheap? No, just realistic. I will probably never own a BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, or any other 'luxury' car. I currently own a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer.

I'm shy at first, so please feel free to make the first move. ;) I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve, so go slow with me.
I'm not into bars and clubs. Love slow dancing.
